7-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

• The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
• All original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories are included.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Bras, panties, lingerie, and intimate wear that have been worn, washed, or used.
• Products with removed tags or damaged packaging.
• Items purchased during clearance, flash sales, or special promotions (unless received damaged or incorrect).

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery if:

• You receive the wrong item.
• The product is damaged or defective.
• The size received is different from the size ordered.

Subject to stock availability, we will replace the item with the same or an equivalent product.

Return Process

To request a return or exchange:

1. Contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the product.
3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.
4. Once approved, return the item in its original condition.

Refund Policy

• Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected.
• Approved refunds may take 5–10 business days to be processed.
• Shipping and delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before dispatch. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled and will be subject to the return policy above.
